As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

House update.
Things are clicking along quite nicely. It looks like we might be able to close on Friday.... maybe. If not Friday then probably Monday. YEAH YEAH.. the appraisal went well and the mortgage lender pulled some strings and did things a bit differently so that the underwriting could be started while we were waiting for the appraisal. We are working on estimates for the electrician (thanks Laura, Tim was fantastic) we have a plumber (we think) and we dont think we will be able to be in the house by the 31st because we cant find a contractor but we think it will be okay to be living there, just not moved in yet. Sooo we might have to get storage. We dont think we will be able to get everything done in time without help.
I will have my blog started tomorrow. I started in one place but didnt like it cause it was just text. Tomorrow I will make a new one with text! Yeahhhhh.. we finally, on the 7th trip to the house, took pics. They show how scary the house is. I cant wait til it is done. Our plans will have it looking soo nice. Anyway.. i am off to bed. I am beat. Thanks for all your ladies support.

i cant wait to see it!!!!! definately definately take pics! my place was a hell hole when we moved in and we fixed it up. pita but so ooo worth it!
but the one thing i regret is that we have no pics of before during and after.... i can get the after anytime i want, but the before and during are gone forever. lol
