Those who live in Hawaii...Temps in Feb?

Hi, For those of you who live in Hawaii or can answer this question, I will be in Hawaii over valentines week for a wedding and I am not sure what the temps will be and what I need to bring? Will it be hot, tank and shorts or will it be somewhat cool. Will I be able to swim or will it be to cool. Can you please help? TIA

Re: Those who live in Hawaii...Temps in Feb?

  • It will be beautiful:-)  Really, days are around 80 or so and evenings are cooler (mid - low 70).  Bring some pants for evening and a few sweetshirts. During the day you'll be fine...swimsuit and sundress.
  • You will definitely be able to swim, wear shorts and tank tops.  I call winter "sweater weather," meaning your regular summer wardrobe is fine, just with the added warmth of a light sweater.  February should be nice and sunny.  At most, it'll be more breezy than during the summer.  (Sweats are good if you're planning to walk the beach at night or really early in the morning)  As your trip gets closer, track the weather on weather.com.  Enjoy!
