Really easy layered mexican bean dip ... you know the refried beans, sour cream, cheese, green onion/tomato/olives ... I don't know why people love it so much and don't just make it themselves, but they are always asking me to make it and then devouring it instantly.

My buffalo chicken dip!

Cooked chicken breast (can used canned chicken), Frank's red hot, cream cheese (2 packs), shredded chedder cheese (4-8oz - to taste) and ranch or bleu cheese dressing (about 8 oz)... Mix together and heat! Serve with celery, crackers or tostitos.

Takes only a couple minutes to make... and even less for it to be gone! Huge hit at football parties!!

My beer cheese dip:

8oz cream cheese,soft

1 c beer

1-2 c shredded Cheddar cheese

Pinch or 2 of garlic salt

Pinch of Black Pepper

Mix it all up...it's fantastic!
