Anybody out there? Weekend plans?
Tonight - Groceries and eating spaghetti I made last night.

Re: Anybody out there? Weekend plans?

Tonight: Dinner with friends at our favorite Tex-Mex place.
Tomorrow: Cleaning and food shopping in the morning. In the afternoon, I'm going to a high tea with a friend to check the place out as a potential venue for a baby shower we are hosting. DW will probably stay home and clear the dvr of all the women's bball games she's recorded. Later that night, dinner date with DW and a fancy pants restaurant that we're only going to because it's restaurant week and the menu is heavily discounted. I'm excited!
Sunday: No clue. I'm hoping that DW is in the mood for some painting. We're close to hitting the year mark of being in our house and I want everything done!
Monday: We're both off and have no plans. Maybe house projects, a movie or hanging with friends.
Good for you!!! Enjoy
We're half way through the first season and love it so far!
CT - Enjoy your Monday!
Well tonight I'm determined to make the pad thai I've been planning all week. And hopefully we'll get to visit nestie Abba916 and her new baby in the hospital.
Saturday - since we're having a heat wave (30s!) we'll spend it organizing the garage and determining what needs to go to the goodwill, what gets put on craigslist, and what we'll box for a spring garage sale.
Sunday - take down our holiday decoration (yes they're still up).
That's about it. I'd love to sleep some. I'm way more exhausted this trimester than I ever was in the 1st or 2nd.
It is going to be an...uh...interesting weekend. L is still feeling pretty miserable and the kids want her to play/hold them/etc. Last night was our first night without my ILs and it was pretty much a disaster. While I was in the kitchen for 20 minutes trying to throw dinner together for the kids, they were hanging out with L. Just that amount of time wore her out and by the end she was crying. So, basically the weekend will be about keeping the kids with me at all times (ugh) which makes it really difficult to do anything around the house.
Tonight I might take the kids to our Mexican place.
Tomorrow they start sports class again. We'll probably stop at Costco or the grocery store on the way home. I am hoping a friend comes over in the evening - he doesn't play much with the kids - but it will be nice to see him and have another set of hands.
Sunday I am going to take the kids to a little aviation museum and then to either Costco/grocery (whatever we didn't get to on Saturday.) I am going to call some other friends to see if they will come play in the afternoon, so I can do things around the house.
Monday is a holiday so I am going to take them to a jump place in the morning and then hopefully their godfather will come over in the afternoon.
I remember when I used to look forward to a long weekend.
Today - Going for a 25 minute training run, cleaning house.
Saturday - DW is DJing a party for a coworker and I was invited to go with her. DD is going with her Grandma to see Disney On Ice.
Sunday - No plans yet.
Monday - DD is off school, probably go to the park. I train in the morning.
Two Mommies Healing Hearts
Tonight- We may rent a movie and try to relax after our rough week. I need to work on planning for PBS' b-day. My baby is going to be 1!
Saturday-S is working in the morning but after that it's anybody's guess. I hope we'll get to the park and out amongst the living :-)
Sunday-Dinner with family-they are dying to see the girls again.
Monday- It's going to rain so we'll be in. I'd like to do some art projects with the girls.
Tonight: Quiet night at home. Would like to pop over to Home Depot after dinner to grab some paint samples.
Tomorrow: Our home inspection and a trip to Target.
Sunday: Grocery shopping and a family birthday party.
Either Saturday or Sunday night, we are going out for a nice dinner together!! I cannot wait!!!!!!
Monday I will have off, C will have to work, not sure for how long. I'll probably relax at home and work on house/moving plans.

Tonight: TV, writing up my race report from last weekend, picking out recipes for next week/early spring
Tomorrow: First day of "off-season," so I'm going to my first-ever yoga class at 8:30a and then possibly doing elliptical or something else at the gym - depends on how I feel. Possibly meeting a friend for brunch afterward. Dinner and movie (Nine?) w/ Jen and a friend in the evening.
Sunday: Sleeping in, meeting a friend later in the day at a coffee shop to get some work done
Monday: Financial planner meeting at 8am, on a holiday. Blech! It's way out in the burbs so we will probably go out for breakfast afterward and then go grocery shopping.
Somewhere in there, unpack from Florida, clean, and start researching race/tri bikes.
(BTW, don't think I posted this earlier - I walked 13.5 miles in the Disney marathon before dropping out. It was *bitterly* cold and I couldn't warm up since I am not supposed to run at all right now, I was approaching the time cut-offs, and I felt like I was not going to be able to finish and decided that it was better to drop out at 13.5 and minimize damage to my knee rather than slugging it out to 18 or 19 miles and having to quit anyway. And by quitting when I did, I was able to get back to the finish line in time to see Jen cross. Very proud of her. And she cried, which she *never* does at races, so I know it meant a lot to her
)
