Weekend Plans?
What's everyone go going on this weekend? Anyone have anything exciting?
I'm going all the way out to Donaldsonville tonight for my friend's art show at the Grapevine which should be a lot of fun. If you've never been there the food is seriously delish. Tomorrow I was hoping to get DH up early and do the whole red stick market thing but I really don't feel like being out in the rain. Sunday I'm going to work on some art for my sister's nursery.

My parents are coming in tonight.
Tomorrow - we are going crib shopping and mom is teaching me how to knit
Sunday - they leave at 8am, so we have to take them to the train station, then we're going to finish up some artwork and "hopefully" be done with the 1st floor.
The Grapevine is neat. I'm from White Castle, so that's my neck of the woods.
MT, how lucky that your mom is going to teach you how to knit! I'd love to learn!
We'll just be working on projects around the house. I've been redoing the interior doors so I'll finish that up this weekend. DH doesn't know it yet, but I have plans for him to either put up our exterior French doors in place of the fugly sliding door, or else he's building E a big toy box to go in her closet, and fixing her closet doors. So it'll be a DIY kinda weekend at our place!
I need to make some plans!!! FIL is in town, and he and DH are at the hunting camp all weekend and into next week. I've been excited about just chilling out, but I haven't even been home for half an hour and I'm bored!
Tomorrow afternoon I'm going shopping for a Mardi Gras ball dress with my BFF. YAY!
