GAH!

I am an anxious person. I don't like change or things to be unpredictable. Today has been very unpredictable, culminating in me having to go to the city (which means going home and putting on proper work clothes, not my casual Friday outfit). I hate driving on the highway, I hate that I am going to have to call my boss afterwards and listen to her *** and ramble and repeat herself. I hate worring about getting lost. I hate all of it. HATE!

I knew today would be stressfull so I prepped with half a valium. Clearly, that wasn't enough, but I can't take more because I have to drive. HATE!

Re: GAH!

  • I think you and Axel are MFEO.
  • I tried playing with Ax last night and I think I scared him. He is a little leery of me now. One step back.

  • You'll get him back. Share your valium and snuggle on the couch for a nap together ;) Just kidding
  • He is such a snuggle bug. He is also going to get tested tomorrow at our beer tasting party. I hope he doesn't completly disolve.

  • Poor baby. hopefully he'll be able to understand the all around awesome he's in now.
  • I don't know if we are that awesome for him. He ate out of a bowl at The Director's house when he was there for a night, but wouldn't eat out of our bowl at our house, so we were putting his food on the floor. Last night, H got the same bowl from The Director's house, and he still won't eat out of it.

  • have you tried putting his kibble on a paper plate? Maybe when he was at the director's house he was still in shock. He has to learn that it's ok to be himself. That takes a lot of time and patience. You know that. You've done this before.
  • We tried a regular plate, and he wouldn't go near it. We're sure he came from a mill, and I guess while he was there, they just threw food on the ground, so that is what he is used to. He is at a point right now, where different = bad and scary.
