I'm eligible to get a new cell phone in February. Right now, I have a Palm Centro. I like having the internet on my phone. It comes in handy when I don't have access to a computer but need to check my email. The only thing I don't like is that I have to pay an extra $30 a month on my phone bill. I have Verizon. I have heard that the Droid has Wi-Fi connection, so you don't have to pay for the internet package. Is this true? Once I heard that, I thought I would get it. That way I can still have the internet, but not pay as much. If I do have to pay for the internet package, I will just be going back to a regular cell phone. We're on a budget, and I need to cut out unnecessary spending.
