Thursday TV is back!
Before we have a pop off, can we talk about the important things?
I watched Community twice last night. Yes I did. The MASH references cracked me up, but mostly because MASH is one of my older brother's obsessions. He has every episode memorized, in English, French and Japanese. He doesn't even know French and Japanese. I wanted more from Jack Black, but the "you go girl" thing was hilarious. I died at the end when Star Sideburns, Owen Wilson, and the random short-skirted chick were the "cool group."
My DVR fvcked up and didn't catch all of Parks and Recreation. Oh well. Will Arnet is funny. I think "You have a great oven; a nice, big, ample oven; if you wanted to, you could go triplets right off the bat," was the best worst date scene in television history.
Can we have hour-long 30 Rock instead of The Office every week? Actually, to tell you the truth I expected more from an hour-long 30 Rock. The whole house snooping thing was dumb, and the episode needed more Tracy. Also, I just don't get James Franco. Liz's gay nephew was pretty funny. "There's a guy here who said he'd give me a ride if I helped him get a couch in his van." "No, that's a serial killer."

Also: I was amused by the X-Files reference.
