I told hubs about your tater tot casserole and he'd like me to make it for him - he says tots in a casserole with bacon sound like his type of comfort food.
Can you please send me the linky or send me the recipe? I was on your blog for a bit and failed to find it. TIA
Re: Wan
I think I make it the same way she does. Maybe not but close
Ingredients:
Frozen bag of tots
1 lb ground beef
1 onion chopped
shredded cheddar cheese
Cream of mushroom soup (Prepared how it says on the can)
Brown the beef and onion together. Put tots on the bottom of casserole dish, beef and onion mixture on top, pour the soup on top of that and then cheese on top of that. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
If adding bacon I assume just cook it with the beef.
oh crap, you did ask me for this! jayme's mostly got it:
brown 1 lb. of ground beef. cook some bacon till crispy, dice it up, and toss it in. mix in a can of cream of mushroom soup, some frozen green beans if you feel like being somewhat healthy, and put it in a casserole dish. top it with shredded cheddar and a layer of tater tots. bake at 350 for about 25 minutes.
enjoy. mmmmmm.
Wan, did you make up this recipe, or did you get the recipe from somewhere?
I could have directed you to the TTC recipe you dingaling!
