This week I'm meeting DH and his parents for dinner. Lemme tell you, can't wait...
We're meeting halfway between his work in the inland empire and our home in ventura county. I'm thinking maybe in either Glendale or Burbank.
My fav place in Glendale is Ernie Jr's taco house, however, it is sacred for my family and I'd rather not go there with people I don't care for...
Any ideas on places that won't break the bank since I'm sure that they won't be paying (or giving a crap about our lives), as usual?

Great - I'll look it up!
How is Porto's? We bought a birthday cake there once and it was awesome. I noticed the restaurant section was busy too...?

I'd recommend El Morfi in Glendale. It's a family owned Argentinian restaurant. Their menu consists of Italian and Argentinian food of course. Price wise it's not bad. Their pizza is unbelievably delicious but so are the other dishes I've tried. This is my favorite restaurant in that area.
Also there's Casa Bianca which is on Colorado Blvd in Eagle Rock which isn't far from Glendale. It's probably 5 minutes from Ernie Jr's. It's only open Tuesday thru Saturday though. They have really good food but expect to wait a while to be seated since it's usually crowded.
I LOVE Green Street. It's in Pasadena but it's really a great place to eat. It's close to the freeway too so you can make a quick getaway if you need to, haha.
I hope it goes OK - I'm sending In-Law vibes your way
