Earlier today I opened up all the windows and doors in my house because its nice and breezy and beautiful outside. Well, I saw a dog walking around outside in the road and I was concerned. I opened up my screen door and went outside to try and get him and find his owner. All the sudden a HUGE burst of wind came and it slammed my front door shut (which happens to have a safety feature where it locks itself). Thank god I had my iphone and I called my DH's cell. He didnt answer so I googled the work # and finally got him. He had to drive all the way home and let me in.

The good news is that I found the dog's owner! lol but I did have to sit outside on the front steps for 30 min.

Re: locked outa my house
Yay for the dog's owner being found! Boo for getting locked out! I am so afraid that is going to happen to me...I always have my keys even if I am just going to go get the mail. And I take my keys with me out of the car even if I am just pumping gas or running into a friends house...I am always afraid my house or car will miraculously lock me out!
My iPhone has saved my behind on a number of occasions. Glad to know I'm not the only one!
P.S.
I hate you, lol.
