As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Re: Looking for some help....
Having nannied for several wonderful families through college, I think college students are a great place to find child care.
you may even find someone who already has a "full time" family, but is looking to moonlight.
All of my employers required that I have a background check, though once one had paid for it, they allowed me to share it with other familes.
As a student at butler, we constantly had families posting fliers in my sorority house, so that might be a place to start.
If you want more suggestions/details I will be happy to offer them! Good luck, though I do not have children yet, I know how impossible it can be to find someone trustworthy!
