I have 1/2 a head of cabbage leftover from when I made minestrone 2 weeks ago. It's still good, but needs to be used. Any suggestions? I don't feel like making cole slaw.

do you have a recipe for the braised cabbage ( seasoning, etc.)
I've never made eggrolls, but I think they'd be pretty time intensive, and I don't have the supplies.

except I skip the carrots and egg and I add cooked, crumbled bacon at the end.
cabbage rolls? I do unrolls, put all of the ingredients in a casserole and bake. No boiling and rolling, but all of the taste.
I put cabbage in my veg soup.
Carrot, onion, cabbage, in slow cooker with corned beef water and apple juice.
