Dinner Party--Healthy ideas
Hello all! I am having a dinner party on Saturday and I'm tired of my same old menu. Anyone have any ideas for me? My husband and I eat pretty healthy and we only eat chicken and fish. I serve beef and pork for guests, usually with another option for us too, but this time I prefer to just make chicken or fish.
THANKS IN ADVANCE!

What about stuffing the fish or chicken with something? I love white fish stuffed with crab meat, breadcrumbs, and fresh herbs and topped with a little white wine sauce. Baked chicken stuffed with asparagus and cheese can be really good, too. I had some leftover fromage blanc (subbing creme fraiche or light cream cheese would be fine) the other day and used it along with some chives and leftover prosciututto to stuff chicken. It was company-worthy. You could just leave the prosciutto out of you and your DH's.

You could replace "turkey" with "chicken" and voila!
