Celebration!
Ok, maybe not a celebration, but how about a get together? We've been talking about it for months and it never seems to happen. I moved to Richmond in September and have had an awfully hard time finding some ladies who share the same interests. So if anyone is up for a meeting, please suggest some dates, times, places that you would like to meet, etc. If we can get this started, perhaps we can start meeting more frequently! I'm living in downtown Richmond, but anywhere around would be fine for me, and basically any day or time! Hope everyone had a wonderful holiday season and is enjoying the new year!

I'm pretty flexible as well. Would love to have a GTG and meet some new people. I live down in Petersburg, but don't mind driving into Richmond since that's where most of you seem to live.

Oh, you might want to try RP-ing this with a "GTG" subject or something similar. I almost didn't look in here, so we might miss other people who are interested!

As mentioned in the other post, there are a couple new wine bars in the far west end....The Wine Loft which is suppossed to be one of a kind type place in Richmond and also Cafe Cattura which just opened the west end location last fall I believe. I have been wanting to try both
Bar Louie in Short Pump also has good happy hour drink specials and half off appetizers. Capital Ale on Monday nights does $1 burger night...there's one in the West End, downtown, and southside. There are lots of cool places dowtown/ fan area too, but parking can be a bit more challenging for those of us not city dwellers like me, lol.
