Good morning, Ladies.
I'm exhausted this morning. If I didn't have a million things going on at work this week I would have called out. I really don't know where the weekend went.
Anyone do anything fun? We went to see my friend for her birthday on Saturday and didn't end up getting home until just after 3am Sunday morning. I'm still not caught up on sleep. Other than that, we really didn't do anything. We're boring.
I did find out that the reason my eyes have been acting up is because of my contacts. I've been using the Acuvue Oasys and apparently it's a common side effect because they're made of silicon. The wonderful thing is that I just ordered 8 boxes that I will never use. Anyone want to buy them at a discounted rate? LOL

We went to Ikea on Friday to get some cheap but ok furniture for our bedroom. We didn't want anythign expensive b/c with our house being 80 yrs old the bedrooms are small and we don't plan on being here in the next few years so spending a lot of money on furniture that wouldn't be used a long time would of been stupid.
Then of course our laptop decided to stop working sunday morning. This is what I was referring to about it being so hard to save money!! Everytime we save money something breaks. We did end up getting a really nice laptop for under $600 which considering my old one cost $1300 9 yrs ago it wasn't bad.
Other then that we just cleaned the house, made a big pot of gravy and relaxed. We are on a saving spree so we'll be spending a lot of weekends in for a while, but luckily the business is doing great and we picked up 5 new clients in a week so that helps!
I hope everyones week goes fast!!
My weekend was great! I went on a maniac cleaning and organizing mission, and I hope my streak lasts bc I love getting everything in order.
We hung out with H's cousins Sunday night and played RockBand at my house til 3.30am. I didn't think I was capable of staying up that late. Needless to say, yesterday was a waste of a day.... so much so that I forgot to eat dinner til late and just totally lost track of time.
I love long weekends... sigh...
What awesome coworkers. I would definitely file that under "Reasons to not ever help their sorry @sses out".
I would write another email and say, "Due to your lack of response, I will assume that you got my first email and are furiously helping me complete my AM report. Please forward me the work you have completed. Thank you so much for all of your help!"

I hung out with my husband and hung out with my family....good times, good times. I went to the homeshow and also purchased a vitamixer which I am so excited about. I am looking for a shoppers anonymous group as well. Anyone know of any? I literally realized that I can go nowhere without buying stuff! Ridiculous!
Izzy-I have to double check my contacts now. My eyes look bloodshot most of the time and look like I have been smoking pot. I know they were switched last year and I had a *** of a time adjusting to them and now I am wondering if they are the oasis ones.
Seriously. No it just goes into my no response file that I'm saving for when I get a review.
They closed a lane down on 295 this morning. It was awful!
As for this weekend I made two fresh loaves of bread, went out to dinner in AC for my SIL's 21st birthday at Cuba Libre, had people over for the football games, made potato soup, and completely forgot to nap.

Morning! We had dinner Friday night at a sushi place in Philly - it was so good! The rest of the weekend we stuck around the house. Sunday I had a baby shower, and brought Jack with me. Yesterday I worked from home and hung out with H and Jack. Made it even harder to leave him this morning. It's even harder now that he's got a personality and is so happy in the morning.
Izzy - I had so many issues with contacts. I could never find a pair that worked. I wore them for years, then couldn't anymore. I ended up getting LASIK - best decision ever.
Why hello Tuesday.. my you are busy and demanding...
Lots of imporant phone calls to make today. Then off and running as soon as H gets home. Doctor at 4:30, pit stop to feed and change baby, Dentist for H at 6:30, Dentist for me at 7:30...
Must select professional pictures and place order, but I'm so indecisive!!!
Ug, I went to bed last night feeling crappy and ran a fever all night. It seems to have broken now, but my nose is running like crazy and my throat is sore. I am praying Jack doesn't get anything from me.
Yesterday was my aunts bday and her and my cousins and grandmom came down for the day to spend it with Jack. We went to Stone Harbor for lunch and shopped and stopped at the beach for a little walk. It was such a nice break in the weather.
I started bowling again last night and it felt great to do any sort of activity. And I surprisingly bowled well and over my average.
