Last night I made
gyro bites, I guess?
I marinated beef all day in lemon juice, mint, oregano, rosemary, salt, and balsamic vinegar. Then I seared it so it was ~medium rare. I took small pitas, opened them and stuffed them with feta and baked them until the cheese was warm, then topped the pitas with a slice of tomato and beef and broiled it for a few seconds and topped it with tzatziki. It was messy but tres tasty.

I have almost perfected homemade potato chips (baked). They just take time in the oven, lots of flipping and brushing with oil.
