Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

There's no point system. I think some people just sit on facebook all day long. Every single time I ever post anything, a lady that works with me comments on it or something. Every time, literally. I bet some of you could figure out who it is if you are my friend on facebook.
For me, the "Like" is a lazy way of saying:
"Hey, funny/neat/cool/inspiring/etc. post. I can't think of anything witty or equally cool to say in response, so I'm just going to click this button to let you know I read it, paid attention, & like it enough to let you know those things."
