Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Remember the 30 Day Shred craze from last year?
Who did it? And how did it go? I've been feeling icky about myself lately and feel like I need to start working out at least a little (especially since Sasha, DH and I are planning a trip to Mexico in March, so I need to get myself in shape). I remember reading rave reviews about it, and I tried it. Twice. Just never made it past day 5 or 6. And once you were done with the 30 days, did you keep doing it ocsassionally? TIA.

I did it! So did Liz. I can't remember who else was doing it with us, there were a few more.
We all ended up not doing it every day for the entire 30 days, because it's really just too much. What i think is better is doing it a few days a week, and supplementing with something else you like, like a class or walks or something.
That makes me feel a whole lot better, Helene!
And thanks, Danielle. Maybe I'll be able to stick to it if I don't have to make myself do it every day.
