My 13 year old car's transmission is all funky. DH's W2 will be attached to his paycheck this week (already got mine) so we'll be going car shopping with a down payment in hand soon. I've been looking online for a few weeks now & have an idea of what I want; it's just a matter of seeing what the monthly payments will be.
Tell me, ladies of WW/Mexico, what car(s) do you drive or desire that are under $20k?

Re: I need to buy a new car
I jsut got rid of my second Corolla. I highly recommend them.
Since we have a kid though, I'm driving our used Jeep Grand Cherokee.
Our Impala is a great car. It's a 2005 and we've never had a problem with it.
I drive a Dodge Grand Caravan and would recommend one, if you're looking for something like that.
We rented one on vacation in Florida last year. I was shocked @ how much room there was in the trunk! We fit 2 large suitcases plus my DH's CPAP & my backpack no problem.
I have a Nissan Versa hatchback that I love. If I had the choice (now) between a Toyota Corolla and a Versa, though, I'd choose the Corolla. Toyota is just better quality than Nissan.
I love my Acura RDX, but it's a small crossover SUV and probably not in your price range.
When I'd rent cars I'd always try to go for a Nissan Altima. Those are great cars, sporty but fuel efficient. The newer Fords aren't bad either.
