Another class action lawsuit
I recived another notice today. This time from TansUnion....
I requested a copy of my credit report back when I was in graduate school, after my mailbox had been broken into when I was in my first apaprtment. I guess that is the reason why I am part of this lawsuit? There seem to be so many happening lately.
Also, 1-800-Flowers never sent me my password, so I can't redeem my $10 gift cards which were to be my reimbursment for the settlement.
Re: Another class action lawsuit
I received a notice from Sprint over the summer for a class action suit over their account cancellation policy. They either wanted to give me $30 or 1000 minutes. I signed up for the $30. 1000 minutes is of no use to me, seeing that DH and I never go over our monthly minutes anyway.
Our contract is up in a month. We're waiting until then to cancel because we want to keep our phone #'s.
We're def. looking elsewhere. Sprint can suck it.
Agreed X infinity.
TT- That is what I am waiting on.
I recieved a check a while ago being part of a class action lawsuit. It was backpay from a server gig where they made us sign a paper relinquishing our rights to our ten or fifteen minute breaks. It was minimum wage X 15 minutes for every shift I worked, or something. I got it when I was in graduate school, so it could have been $5 and I still would have been stoked.
