What did we think of the winners? Anyone you were happy to see win? Lose? Outfits?
Re: Golden Globes
I was super excited that Michael C Hall won for Dexter, though he looked so sick. Apparently the NY Times wrote that they didn't like his hat and thought it was just an accessory. Classy NY Times, classy.
Yikes NYT.
I didn't watch all of it, but I was excited for Glee's win! So many fabulous dresses too.

What a big night for Showtime!
I'm always sad when Neil Patrick Harris doesn't win. I think he's brilliant. I hate that Supporting Actor for TV is such a condensed category...it's just not fair.
This was my favorite dress of the night:
I thought she looked great. Very vintage-y. Plus, I friggin' adore Tina Fey.
Tina Fey was getting beat up on E! for being worst dressed.
I loooved Drew Barrymore's dress even though she's getting panned for the "brillo pad" on her shoulder.
Tina's dress had so much potential, but I think it was just a big fat fail. It made her look more like Liz Lemon than Tina Fey.
I loved Sandra Bullock. I thought she looked amazing and I'm glad she won for The Blind Side, because I was still in awe of that movie a few days after I watched it. SO happy for both Michael C Hall (wtf, NYTimes??) and John Lithgow, as they are both amazing. I wanted Dexter to win over Mad Men (though I love them both), but oh well.
Also... The Hangover? I mean, I laughed pretty much nonstop throughout it too, but I don't see how it was above and beyond any other really funny movie I've seen. I was going for 500 Days of Summer in that category.
Oh and I was also happy that supporting actor in a movie (or was it just drama movie) went to the German guy from Inglorious Basterds. I loved that movie.
It seems a lot of people hated her look. All I know is when I was flipping through the pictures from the red carpet, I stopped at that one and thought "Oh! I love that dress!" and then kept going. I was mostly underwhelmed by the dresses this year.

I thought it looked more like a pin cushion...
