Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. Did I tell you that I have to keep one of my student workers out of the line of boss's sight?
Right before Christmas, Boss wore this kinda cute purple fuzzy sweater.
It was super fuzzy and huggable and I rather liked it. It was cute.
Idiot Child, who is like 25 and brilliant and does NOT have any excuse for this, decided to, in front of a group of people in the student-union-area go up to her and ask boss "does your sweater scare small children"
Boss, who had been at work until past midnight for 3 or 4 days in a row (we were dealing w/ a crisis) was less jovial than normal...and NOT amused. Idiot Child told her it was a joke. She does not accept his 'apology'.
Idiot is NOT working for me at the moment but may again in the future...I kinda need him for Chemistry tutoring so I'm making an effort to keep him out of boss's line of sight for another month or 2 inhopes it's forgotten (not very high hopes)...Boss saw him last Friday and railed about his asshattery again so no forgetting yet.
