I saw you mentioned Stiebrs Eggs in the below GMO post, and just noticed they are on sale at my local market (New Seasons)...at $2.99 a dz, I'm going to stock up on a few dz.! Thanks for the rec!

Oh cool! I wasn't sure how far out they were available. They are at Whole Foods and PCC here, but its in Yelm which isn't very far from here.
Their organic, cage free humane brown eggs are seriously the best eggs ever. I feel like the actual egg is firmer, bigger, and just tastier!
You can see pics of their setups on their website under farm tour - http://www.stiebrsfarms.com/. Its not a tiny organization but I feel pretty good about it, and the humane certification is not easy to come by.
