Ok... so the weather in Southern CA today is totally nuts. It is pouring down rain (like slideways rain). And there was a tornado watch just issued because the wind is blowing like no one's business! It's crazy here- now if my boss would just send us home!
Anyone else having unusual weather?

OOOOoo... is it freezing? We had freezing fog a few days ago. Trees looked awesome.
I spoke to MIL who lives in the hills between Oakland & Berkeley and she said the same thing. they expect 5 separate storm systems to pass through this week and tons of rain. Her big concern is mudslides. She's one of those houses on stilts in at the edge of the canyon (with awesome views of the Bay, but still) and several of her neighbors houses have slid in the past. Fingers crossed that she literally weathers this storm OK.
OH, and DH went to UCLA and laughed when I told him about the weather report because people in SoCal just don't handle it well. Good luck to you all!
He is so right! People in Southern CA are only used to sun, light drizzle, and light wind. Temps are usually always between 60 and 85! So 55 degrees with crazy wind and tons of rain is totally unusual. We have earthquakes, not tornados!!
