Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

My laptop that I bought last summer is having a hardware malfunction. I think a cable came unplugged or something. So I broke out my dinosaur for now. It's so hard getting used to this computer again.
I called Dell tonight. After 30 minutes on hold and 3 operators, my phone disconnected. Then another 30 minutes on hold and the customer care center was closed for the night. By 25 minutes. Such my luck.
I'm hoping I can sweet-talk the IT guys at school into opening it up tomorrow.
