Best brisket ever!
I made PW's Brisket last night and OMG...that stuff is just FABULOUS!
Tastes like it was smoked, but it was just in the oven for 2.5 hrs. Add BBQ sauce on top and nom! 
I think it kicks VooDoo BBQ's booty (price wise and taste wise!)

MT, maybe you can play the pregnancy craving card to get the recipe. You know, since you live too far to get any. Worth a try!
Ha! thats what I made for supper too!!!! aand I agree, its hard to beat her recipe! I first tried it on July 4th and loved it!
Personally, Im not a fan of voodoo's brisket, it always tastes too dry for me. But i do love their corn pudding!!
