Need advice from moms out there!
My DH and I are expecting our first baby this spring and my due date is May 19th. One of his life-long friends is getting married in Connecticut June 13th and he is very torn about whether or not he should go. He will most likely be a groomsman.
We are not experts and don't really know what to expect those first couple weeks. My parents and sister live in the Dallas area so they could be here to help me, but the real question is "Is my DH going to want to leave us and go??"
He really doesn't care that much about going, but feels a little guilty...
Would love some advice on this!

If it were my husband I'd tell him to go. You'll be fine for a couple of days without him. Being loyal to your friends is important and it's better for him to go than to feel guilty. I think in the end you both will be glad he went.
