Iced in = No school
Which means I have to take my first sick stay and stay home with the kiddo. I don't mind being home or with him, but I really hate using my sick time. Blech.

seriously? damnit i hate indiana schools. they close all the farking time for no farking reason.
my 30 min commute to work was uneventful. there is BARELY any ice on the ground.
This is a huge btch of mine about our schools. DH said that once he was on the main roads, there was no issue with the ice.
i mean, i get the students bused in from rural districts may have a harder time getting to school in bad weather. i honestly do get that.
but jesus tim tebow christ. no WONDER IN lags behind in education and graduation rates. how do they ever expect students to maintain focus if they close schools on a whim from Nov. to March!?
