When was the last time you used a 3.5 floppy?
Re: When was the last time you used a 3.5 floppy?
within the last year.
But, I swear, thechnology here = crayons sometimes.
(it was because they didn't have CDRoms on all the drives and my flash drives were full)
But I'm not a representative sample.
I have 5-1/4 inch floppies in my office. For realsies.
I just a friendly gal looking for options.
See, I asked Candi this question and then immediately snorted at what i had just asked.
I really was asking about 3.5" floppy disks though. I swear. *ahem*
Within the last year - but I was trying to rescue things from my word processor.
It didn't work. The disks were too old. So long, 15 years' worth of fiction!
Actually, my mom reminded me...
she had to cut down on hours when she was PG the first time because the old tape-drive-thingies?
to heavy for her to lift when PG. So she couldn't change 'disks' between each day's accounts.
Years maybe? I don't have a computer with a floppy drive anymore.
I do still have a camera that stores onto floppy disks only and some floppy disks. (Don't use it obviously, just have it.)
