I have 2 mailings I'm working on.
I have a finate amount of letterhead (someone forgot to order more) and a shared printer.
I just put in the letterhead for the first mailing...a guesstimate of how much I'd need because I'm NOT going to count out 63 sheets...
And as my LAST sheet of letterhead popped out for mailing #1, the macine ran out of letterhead and Professor X's syllabus, all 10 copies (heaven forbid they use the copy machine) followed on plain paper.
And the 2nd batch? seamless--no one tried to print at all during it. And I have enough leftover to re-run any that we mush while folding them.
