AW re bringing my lunch to work
I was terrible in Nov and Dec about eating out. Since Jan 4th or so, I've only bought lunch twice!
Once was Corner Bakery when I was stranded for 4 hours waiting for my car
Another was when we were evacuted from our building and I was starving.

I brought my LC. I should cut back on the processed food for sure but it's so easy and convenienet. :-/ Did you make something?
I bring leftovers mainly! I have a few frozen meals in there too, but I haven't really used them. Lean Pockets work well for breakfasts in a pinch. I'm pretty excited.
We haven't been eating dinner out as much either. I'm having a decently fun time cooking. Tonight I make Thai coconut curry shrimp and rice!
i'm awful about not buying lunch, even though i get out of the office at 12:30 and could totally eat something at home. but i've been a lot better about it lately - i never ate leftovers before, but now i totally grub down on them for lunch.
If I wasn't allergic to shrimp I'd invite myself over! kidding! Kinda.
I totally believe it. Add alcohol to the dinner tab, and it's even worse.
When I was working in LA and driving 30 miles each way, it was impossible to bring lunch, and I was spending a fortune. Since the office was moved to OC, I've saved so much money bringing my lunch in (which usually goes right into my clothing/beauty purchases).
Yeah, I'm trying to figure out where the money I'm saving is going to. I was making way less back then, and spending way more. Weird. I must have a hole in my pocket.
