Patting myself on the back
It rarely rains here. But the last time it did, I noticed that my windshield wiper blades were shot. Of course, it stopped raining and I forgot that I needed to replace them. Well we are supposed to get rain all weekend long. And of course yesterday afternoon I had to run errands and it was raining, and my windshield wiper blades were sucking.
So I went to the auto parts store, bought blades and changed them myself. No help, just figured it out. I'm pretty impressed with myself. Car maintainence is DH's domain since he was a mechanic but I couldn't get to Chik-Fil-A with bad wiper blades. A girl's gotta do what a girl's gotta do.
