Cinci knottie looking for a rental in Columbus

Hi, everybody. I'm a Cinci knottie and I'll be moving to Columbus soon. My fiance and I are looking for an apartment in Northwest Columbus. I'm not having much luck finding reasonably priced rentals online. Our budget is $650 and everything we're finding is closer to $1k. I know that our budget isn't unreasonable because my FI shares a place with a roommate in that area now and they're paying $650 for a 2 bedroom townhouse apartment with a finished basement.

Can anyone recommend a management company or a website to check out? We would prefer a townhouse type apartment like he has now, also with a finished basement and 2 bedrooms.

Any tips on where to look are greatly appreciated.

Try metro-rentals.com. That's what everyone recommended to me when I moved from San Fran to Columbus. Good luck! We just moved here in September.

Hello! I was a cincy knottie but live in Columbus. Northwest Columbus is Dublin/powell area and that's higher taxes and small places with bigger price tags..so may have to look around a bit to find what looking for. I've only lived here 3 years, when we first lived here we lived in North columbus (polaris area). I looked at apartments.com to find stuff when I first moved here. There is a place called heathermoorapts.com a friend recommended those. There are also Bent Tree Apartments. These places zip code is 43235 on northwest columbus. There is also Sawmill Commons a current friend lives at. Edwards Community is a big builder with apartment communities...might be out of your price range but focus on lifestyle communities. GL!

Hey there, I know you said you are looking for a rental in columbus, but i live in one in Grove city which is a subarb right south of columbus. 2 bedroom half double with garage for 650.

Several years ago I lived in a complex called Perimeter Lakes in Dublin. We got a great deal. They were nice apartments, in a great area with ponds in the back. You might want to try there.
