Fave thing to do with ground turkey?
It was on sale this past week so I got a few packages. I had coupons so they literally came out to $.99 a package!
Anyway, besides pasta sauce, what do you like to do with ground turkey? And not meatloaf either?
I was thinking meatballs, what else?

I prefer ground turkey to ground beef. I'll use a beef recipe and just use the turkey instead.
Last thing we cooked with ground turkey was Sloppy Joes.
I also looooove stuffed bell peppers.
if you want to make meatballs, use this recipe - so yummy! I made them earlier this week, with turkey because the store was out of ground chicken (???), and it was just as good. you can skip the last step (tomato paste on top) - I did the 2nd time I made them and didn't miss it.
