Set yourself some "easy" goals and give yourself non-food rewards. New movie you want? Wait until you lose 4 pounds or whatever. I have a hard time too.
SIL's wedding is awesome motivation. Even though I'm not the star (yet).
I've lost about 30 pounds in the last five months, and I've found that it's easier for me to focus on food OR exercise. I get overwhelmed and flustered if I try to plan out both. So I consciously eat healthy, but don't make it a focus of my day. Then I put forth effort when I exercise. And vice-versa. If I know I don't want to think about exercise, I focus on eating a really healthy meal. (It makes sense in my head, if not on here.)
Also, small goals are a must for me. It's way easier to say that I want to lose five pounds in a month than it is to say that I want to lose 30 pounds period.

I'm the same way with food. I eat good most days (5 or 6) and then pig out for a few meals. If I want McD's I eat it. Just not every week or every day.
