I missed the rest of the thread due to a conference call.
I'm all for the reward system. And I just might set up a gold star chart for myself.
Yoshi, I find that I drink more water when I have a bottle of it next to me. I have a 24oz water bottle. I make sure to drink at least 2 of those while at work. Then when I get home I drink another 3 glasses of water.

Exactly why I use the bottle. It's always there and I only have to refill once or twice.
