We have a guy who works with us. Sort of one of those here-when-he-wants-to-be types. That's fine, as a sales person he doesn't need to hang around the office.
I taught him how to get everything he needs.
He has adult ADD. Sometimes he's lucid, and sometimes it's like he has no idea who you are or what he's doing. He called the other day to discuss what we sell and Boss went through the whole thing he's heard a thousand times (weekly sales meetings, hello?) and he goes, "Oh! Wow! That's fantastic! I had no idea! I can't wait to sell that!"
He was totally serious. Boss looked at him like he was completely nuts. Uh. Dude... what did you think I was training you for? And I know it's not me, everybody else gets it.
So is it ADD, or early alzheimers??
Dr. WWMN, help me out here.
Re: ADD or something else?
yeah...I'm going to say that that is NOT part of ADHD.
Memory problems (like forgetting to turn off the lights) are...memory problems where he thinks he has never heard something that you know he has heard are not.
