Hey everyone,
I actually did much better this week. Went jogging twice and used the elliptical for about 1/2 an hour one day. I think the biggest challenge for me right now is that everyone from work eats out pretty much every day and I feel bad saying no all the time. Maybe I just need to learn to choose better from the menus.
How did everyone else do this week?

Other than the 50,000 calories I've consumed today in Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, I'm on track.
RMS, you can always say no. Or look online to see if the restaurants you frequent have menus posted. Then you can see exactly what you want to order ahead of time. It's pretty eye-opening to see what some restaurants serve!
I brought healthy lunch everyday except today (on fridays, my co-worker and I go out to eat). I only worked out on tuesday doing weightlifting because once again, I was working late practically everyday. Excuses, I know, but social work sucks the energy out of me!!
My co-worker has been doing couch to 5K religiously for two weeks in the am. If she can do it, I can do it because she is also working late these days.
Anyone watch the biggest loser? That show really motivates me, that's why tuesday I actually exercised!
