Eventhough it was a clip show, I still thought it was great. Poor Toby.

H and I were sitting here asking each other if it was  a secret series finale or something. Turns out it was the 100th episode. I usually despise clip shows but I honestly think given the track record of the last season and a half, they couldn't have possibly done better. So overall, bravo.

I was mildly annoyed that what little plot the episode did have made no sense. If the merger has already gone through to the point that everyone at corporate is gone and Michael is the top ranking employee, then due diligence should be long over.

Yeah...I was trying to do the math on that one, too. I think they took some creative liberty, in order to make the joke that Michael Scott was the *top* employee.

Also, we had watched Community just before hand, so maybe it got some of Community's afterglow

Yes, the clip show was worth it in this case,  especially that clip of Jim seeing Dwight and Angela getting it on then they show him in the bathroom staring at the camera in disbelief.  Oh, good times!

It made me a little sad to remember how awesome that show used to be.
