our apartment just fell through. The LL had agreed to our price for a two year lease, we were supposed to sign the lease today. He postponed until tomorrow. my broker just called and said he is going with somebody else willing to pay the original price he found after agreeing with us. I am on the floor devastated. i don't know how I am going to tell dh, I am really afraid of how upset he is going to be. He takes these things really hard.
