As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. Gateway One computer?
Anyone have any reviews? DH is looking to replace my semi-slow Dell pc.
I'd be happy w/just a netbook or a laptop (so I can nest anywhere LOL) but since he's the computer nerd I kinda have to atleast look into his suggestion!

After having a Gateway Laptop.. I can say with great passion......you couldn't give me one of those things.... We have four PCS and we always use our laptops. I have a netbook now and I love being able to put it in my purse and whip it out anywhere..love it. my son is a heavy video gamer and he uses HP and Toshiba. When in doubt-get a newer DELL but dear lord...run from the Gateway...runnnnn. Of course, its always up to you...lol
Agreed. The two brands I tell people never to buy are Gateway & e-Machines.
I have a modern Gateway, bought at Office Max in March.
The only problem I've had with it is the battery. I took quite a bit for me to get another battery out of Gateway, but that was it. For all I complained, I don't think I would have had better service from any other PC manufacturer. I'd much rather have my Gateway than the Dell I had last.
I'm actually pretty happy with my laptop. It was the right price. And they are made by Acer these days, but then again so is e-machines.
