Matt Damon's wife has a weird face WDYT
Re: Matt Damon's wife has a weird face WDYT
It's the angle.
I think she's very pretty:
Me with my littlest.
I agree. I think she's really pretty, I wouldn't really look at her and think anything weird about her face.
Definitely must be the angle, because she is very pretty in this picture.
I really don't care for these, " X celebrity or X celebrity's sig. other has a weird, strange, mishapen, etc. face" posts. I feel like this is why people from other boards or new members sometimes think this board can be shallow. In my opinion, there are a lot of other F&B related things to discuss than how strange people's faces look and we're usually really good at that.
Not trying to sound snarky, just a thought.
It is a beauty related thought. If you don't care for these, then don't read or respond.

Ok then.

shes right. It is a message board... thats the joy of being able to respond/disagree with anything said that you would like to comment on. Besides, it looks like you arent the only one that feels that way...

I agree with you. There are posts that don't interest me so I don't open or respond. It is a public message board that allows people to be able to discuss anything.
About Matt's wife, I think that was a bad shot of her. She looks beautiful in that second shot.
Wedding/Honeymoon Pictures
I think people need to lighten up. It's not the OP is picking apart someone on this board. I don't see anything wrong with being a little catty when it comes to celebrities.
And IMO, the 2nd picture is a good photo of her. In the pics I've seen of her, she looks more like the first picture. She's not an ugly person but she doesn't look like someone who would have landed Matt Damon. She's cute but that's about it. Again, my opinion.
I guess some us feel, as our moms have taught us, "if you don't have anything nice to say...".
yes Wife in real life, absolutely. But this is a message board and we are talking about a celebritiy's wife. Not the same thing.
Like I said, if she posted a picture of a person on this board and wanted to pick it apart, that would be tacky and rude. The wife of a celebrity? I just don't see the big deal.
I honestly find it more rude when someone posts a pic of their new outfit and they are met with responses of "OMG" , "Fug" or "NMS" . I think there are much more tactful ways to tell a poster why the outfit doesn't look good and maybe give some tips to make it look better.
It kind of is the same thing, she is a real person, whether she is a celebrity or a SO of a celebrity, she is a real person. This is a silly debate, so I really think we don't need to go any further with it. As I said, I guess some of us feel if there isn't something nice to say, don't say it. As for questions like WDYT of this bag, my new dress, my hair, blah, blah. They are asking for opinions, so we give them. Matt Damon's wife is not asking if she took a good picture or not.
So because someone asks for an opinion, it's okay to be nasty about it? Because saying "fug" with nothing more, IS being nasty.
She's a real person but she's not on this board, so I don't see the problem. And IMO, if his wife was a bleached blonde with big lips and boobs, she'd be ripped apart. So I see a lot of hypocrisy here.
