Green carpet cleaner for pet stains?

My poor dog threw up on the carpet and the stain is horrible. Anyone have a stain/odor remover rec? Pref something I can make so I don't have to leave the house? Thanks!

for a stain of that nature, you are going to have to go with an enzymatic type cleaner... its the only thing that will work. I buy the one at target that is called kids n pets... I'm pretty sure it is not green, but it is the only thing that got my cats yellow barf out of our carpet.

We use Nature's Miracle and it works well. I don't know how EF it is though but it is enzyme-based.  I've heard recommendations for something called "Bac-Out" but I haven't tried it, as we have a huge thing of Nature's Miracle left and (fortunately) don't go through it very quickly.

We use and love Biokleen Bac-out.  We also use it on laundry stains - works great on food stains!

Ditto. We use Nature's Miracle and it hasn't let us down yet.
