Visit my blog about my family's experiments in eco-living
Someone posted that on another board this morning, and I decided I NEED to try it!!

I can bring the brie and the pie, but I'm pretty sure I'll have to cut out a piece of the pie for Jeff to try so he doesn't beat me up.
Should I take the easy route and use a graham cracker pie crust? Or maybe a chocolate cookie pie crust? And then chocolate chip cookie dough, of course, with white and chocolate chips, and a funfetti cake. I was also thinking of doing a whipped cream frosting instead of butter cream. WDYAT?
Your cake will totally upstage my cupcakes, but I'm okay with that. As long as I have a martini in one hand and cake the other.
Buttercream is super easy to make: I think it's just cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla.
Um, the more delicious cake/cupcakes, the better. This isnt a WW meeting guys!
/gavel.
LMAO Scarlett!
OK, I will bring both.
BUT, those cupcakes had still better show up because they sound delicious!
My spanikopita is sounding pretty wimpy right about now. Perhaps I'll have DH break out the Gordon Ramsay cookbooks and whip up something awsome!
WhatEVER! Spanikopita is one of my favorite foods to eat, but I'm not allowed to make it anymore! Therefore, we haven't had it since . . . Boston. The first year we were married. And that was almost 5 years ago!
Yes...BRING IT! It sounds awesome and alot fancier than anything I'm going to bring!
