III Forks. The steaks are seriously amazing.

I also really love Restaurant Jezebel. It's been at least a year since I've been, but it's a wonderful fine dining experience. 

Wink is also quite good, but I'd encourage you to check the menu a day or two before going. It's a little more eclectic and doesn't suit everyone.

I'd say III Forks or Jezebel, too.  III Forks has the best steak in town that we've had.  I'd vote Truluck's if you want seafood.  Happy Birthday!
