Good Thoughts Pls?
Last night, I had Braxton Hicks at regular intervals with low back pain. The doc wants to see me this morning. Its an internal exam, and I'm scared.

I know lots of ladies who had Braxton Hicks, especially during their first pregnancy, with no awful outcome. I hope everything will be okay.
Lot of people have Braxton Hicks throughout their pregnancies, and internals are NOT that bad, honestly, and it's over within about a minute. Plus, it's good practice for giving birth.
