I had a good weekend.
Friday - LA for Cold War Kids concert (!!! awesome) and drinks and fun
Sat - Breakfast in LA, took the train home, sat in the parking lot at The District for 75 hours trying to get out (I am so never going there again), picked up MH from the airport
Sun - Grading. Bah
This week I have grades due, so I'll be grumpy until then.
It was a nice weekend for me.
Friday-class and then made dinner at home super late
Saturday--lots of errands and an afternoon nap
Sunday-Hs marathon curry cooking with me baking and BIL and his gf over for the day and then went to see Sherlock Holmes. (it was eh)
This week will seem so long. I think this is my first full week since mid December.
fri: went to dinner with friends, then to a karaoke bar were my ears bled from listening to too much country. it's also one of the few bars left in the world where you can actually smoke (!?!?!) so I smelled like an ashtray.
we had a good time people-watching though!
sat/sun: relaxed, it was awesome.
this week: I randomly heard back about a job interview I had over TWO WEEKS AGO (I'm not bitter), I'm curious to see if it pans out. sounds like it would be a cool job.
Saturday: Saw the Squeakeul with my great aunt, niece and nephews. Nephews tried to ditch us and sneak into Avatar. I totally foiled their plan. Muwahahaha. Then, I kidnapped my niece for the rest of the day and we watched Mulan and Monsters Inc. until her parents picked her up.
Sunday: Laundry at MIL's. Played Wii with LBIL and LSIL and their friends. Read half of House of the Scorpian.
This week doesn't have any plans, so far.
Happy Monday! This has got to be a better week than last week. (Last week was car trouble and my car getting broken into...bastards only took a cell phone charger but broke my window and ransacked my car).
I had a good weekend though so hopefully that's a start.
Friday- dealt with car, didn't go into work, ran errands with my brother, dinner with XH (yay for being civil)!!!
Saturday- visited with mom and brother, cleaned house, went to friends house to hang out
Sunday- lounged around, walked to Target to get out of the house, went to friends house for the Saints game and dinner
It was a good weekend. I spent Friday through Sunday in Spokane watching the figure skating championships.Then I came home Sunday night and saw that H had really cleaned the condo from top to bottom.
This week it's back to the grind, with both work and dieting. Vacation is truly over.

Most of my weekend was spent working at the new house. Sat night we checked out the Wine Lab for NBRW. Yesterday am I ran 8 + walked 2 more miles at the beach and ended the night with football fun in downtown Fullerton.
This week = final prep & packing for our move on Saturday.
hmm.
hung out with a couple of cool chicks and a cute baby on friday afternoon, and got home in record time thanks to an unexpectedly wide open freeway.
got raped at the dentist's office when we took the bean for her first appointment. yikes. had dinner out in the IE with the ILs.
tried a free bar method session yesterday, took the teen shopping, and went to a BBQ for the hub's cousin's birthday.
today, i am soreasfuuuuck. i don't think there's a single non-achy muscle in my body.
It's been an awesome weekend. Got everything on my to-do list scratched off. Shopping, running, worked out, ran errands, grocery shopped, cooked, hung out with H, dinner and movie date night, massage, Farmville.
I'm nice and relaxed today, hoping to make this a great week.

Saturday got caught up on the DVR, watched Inglorious Basterds, and generally had a nice relaxing time with H. Sunday I spent hours on a presentation for work. Bah.
I have a very busy week at work, hopefully it passes by quickly!
This week needs to pass quickly, I don't have a single out of office meeting for the first time in months! Need to clean my apartment before my roommate kills me.
Friday- Happy hour with clients
Saturday- Nursed a hangover, caught up on TiVo, and went on a date out to dinner
Sunday- Watched both games downtown in Manhattan Beach
Friday: I can't remember what I did Friday. It was that interesting.
Saturday: Breakfast with friends. Lunch with Mr. Monkey's extended family. Picked up new glasses for Mr. Monkey. Veg.
Sunday: Brunch with friends. Veg.
This week includes two dineLA meals.
Fri: I think was dinner and a movie at home
Sat: nothing....relaxed ( can't really remember), working on adoption paperwork.
Sun: Kitty adoptions and homemade pizza for dinner.
We have guests coming into town this weekend, so I have to clean the house this week.
This weekend was filled with brunches and I got my hair done.
This week, I'm only teaching 3 days. Then, I have a math conference in Irvine. Fun

This weekend, we're going to see Avenue Q. I am so excited.
I was full of highs and lows. I spent some time with my best girl friends on Saturday, then felt sick and was sick all through Sunday and still today. The princess and I did have some quality time together and watched Wall-E and I made her a root beer float.
This week is busy with work and school as I have a paper due on Saturday that I haven't even started on plus two books to read. Fun stuff.
