Good news, bad news

I called my sister with some weird eye thing going on.  The good news is she doesn't believe it's a retinal tear.  The bad news is it's apparently an occular migraine.  Hopefully it's just a one shot deal.

Re: Good news, bad news

  • Coming from a person with eye issues, I wish her the best, and a good eye doctor.

  • It's my eye Nola.  My sister is my eye doc.  She and my dad have had retinal tears and my prescription is horrid so it's highly likely I'll be getting a tear some day.
  • I had that once and I started to freak out until I remember my co-worker got the visual aura before her migraines.  Sure enough, a horrid one showed up shortly after.

I can't wait for the "im getting a divorce" post in 5 years or so because your husbands were fed up with your disgusting chair asses from playing on the knot all day and getting fired 4-5 times for not doing any work. you guys are all winners!! ~ Laur929
  • See what I'm talking about. I read it as your sister's eye.

Tears are easy to fix, and mine is holding up. I hope it's not a tear, but it can be easy to fix. I go every 6 months.

  • Crossing fingers for a one shot deal.  And a minimal amount of time spent with people shining bright lights in your eyes.
