Hello ladies,
I've been away for a while (on vacation). Just wanted to take this opportunity to say hello to all the new nesties. Also share this delicious and super easy recipe that I found.
Sunday morning I was reading through my e-mails and received this slow cooker meal from allrecipes.com. Coincidentally I already had all of the ingredients in my fridge so I threw it all in. At around 5 P.M DH and I enjoyed the most succulent chicken (over brown rice) with our movie. it was no fuss and barely any work...

The recipe sounds delicious. I may make it without the crock pot (I don't own one).
We went to Dominican Republic... It was beeeaaauuuttiifuulll! I got the opportunity to show my hubby where I was raised and he met more of my ginormous family.
